What is included in weekly pool cleaning service?
Weekly pool cleaning includes the routine work needed to keep your pool clean, balanced, and ready to use. That includes water testing, chemical balancing, skimming, brushing, basket cleaning, equipment checks, a pre-arrival text, and a post-service emailed report with chemical readings and photos. Weekly vacuuming depends on your plan and is included with full premium service.
How soon can new service start?
Service can often start within 2 to 3 days. We will confirm timing when we review your pool, address, and current route schedule.
How much does weekly pool service cost in the Tampa Bay area?
For a typical screened pool around 10,000 to 15,000 gallons, weekly service usually costs $135 to $165 per month, depending on pool size and whether weekly vacuuming is needed. Open pools typically run a little higher because they are often larger and may require weekly vacuuming, more labor time, and more chemicals. There is no long-term contract, and we confirm the monthly rate before you start service.
Do you provide all pool chemicals, or are chemicals charged separately?
Chemicals are included in the monthly rate. We do not add a separate routine chemical charge on top of the quoted monthly service price.
Does your rate include filter cleanings?
Yes. We clean filters approximately once per month as part of regular service.
How will we know when the pool tech has completed the service?
You will receive a text notification when service has been completed. You will also receive an emailed report detailing the service, including chemical readings and pictures.
Can we set up recurring credit card payments?
Yes. We invoice and charge the card on file at the beginning of each month to make billing simple and hassle-free.
Do you cover my neighborhood?
Very likely, and it's worth asking even if you don't see your community listed. We're in these areas every week and the map grows steadily. If we're already close by, getting you started is usually quick.
Do you handle repairs?
For the pools we look after, yes — we arrange repairs through licensed partners and keep it simple for you. We don't take on one-off repair jobs for people who aren't our customers, so if you need a single fix rather than ongoing care, we're not the right fit.
