What a Holiday pool actually needs
The pools here are older than they look. A median age of thirty-eight years means most surfaces have been redone and most equipment has been replaced at least once. What is on the pad now is what matters, not what the house was built with. What an older pool asks of a weekly visit, and when it must never be drained, is in the forty-year pool, as we meet it in Holiday.
Three in four are screened. A cage keeps the heavy leaf fall out, and in exchange it holds humidity, cuts evaporation and shades part of the water. Algae behaves differently under one, so the chemistry is set for the pool in front of us.
Pasco water carries calcium off the limestone. It runs around 106 mg/L, with a wide range depending on season and blend. On an older surface that calcium finds every pore, which is why the white line at the tile turns up here sooner than it does on a newer pool further east. Every visit covers skimming and netting, brushing the walls, tile and steps, testing and balancing the water, emptying the baskets, checking the equipment and adding the chemicals. The filter gets cleaned monthly. Full-service plans include vacuuming; chemical-and-clean plans vacuum as needed.
You are told before we come and shown what happened after. The report carries the readings we actually took and photographs from the visit, emailed the same day by the technician who was there.
If something needs repair we say so, and we coordinate it through a licensed partner. We do not sell standalone repairs, so when we tell you something needs doing there is nothing in it for us. Small parts and quick fixes we simply take care of.

For a typical screened pool around 10,000 to 13,000 gallons, weekly service usually runs $135 to $165 a month, with most around $140. Larger pools, open pools, or pools needing weekly vacuuming may cost more. There is no long-term contract, and we confirm a firm quote before you commit.
Do you already have customers in Holiday?
Yes. Country Estates and Tahitian Homes are both on the weekly round, which is why we are comfortable naming them.
Do you service pools under screen enclosures?
Most of ours are. Around three in four Holiday pools are caged, and the chemistry we run is set for it.
What if my pool is green?
That is a separate recovery before weekly service starts. We will quote it plainly and tell you how long it will take.
