Pool Service in Land O'Lakes

Land O'Lakes is home for us — our base is here, and it is the area we know best. If you're in Plantation Palms, Wilderness Lake Preserve, Sable Ridge, Asbel Creek or Lakeshore Ranch, there's a good chance we're already on your street each week.

You'll get a text before we arrive, the same technician every week on the same day, and photos by email the day we've been. No wondering whether anybody came.

Plenty of the pools we look after here have had the same technician for years, which is how someone comes to know a pool well enough to spot a change in it.

What your pool needs here

Most pools in Land O'Lakes are twenty years or so old and sit under a screen enclosure. That combination is easy to look after well — and easy to neglect quietly, which is why weekly eyes on it matter.

What that means for your pool

Equipment is the thing to stay ahead of

Around twenty years is when pumps and heaters start showing their age. A pump beginning to labour sounds different weeks before it fails — but only to someone who heard it last week. Catching that is far cheaper than replacing it in July with the family waiting.

A screen enclosure helps, but it isn't a lid

You get far fewer leaves, which is genuinely less work. Pollen still gets through, the water sits warmer, and the shaded corners under a cage are where algae shows up first.

The water here is hard

You'll see it as a white line building along the tile — calcium left behind as water evaporates and gets topped up from the hose. It builds over months rather than arriving overnight. Kept in balance week to week it never shows. Left alone it turns to scale, and removing scale is a much bigger job than preventing it.

A pump beginning to labour sounds different weeks before it fails — but only to someone who heard it last week.

Every visit follows the same routine, and you get photos by email the same day so you can see it was done. The full list is on our services.

If your pool needs a repair, we'll tell you straight and arrange it through a licensed partner.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) about pool service

How soon can new service start?

We can start new service within 2 to 3 days. We service so much of Land O'Lakes that we have pool techs in the communities most days of the week.

Are you already in my neighborhood?

Quite possibly. We're in Plantation Palms, Wilderness Lake Preserve, Sable Ridge, Asbel Creek and Lakeshore Ranch every week, and we have room in Bexley, Oakstead, Ballantrae and Lake Padgett Estates. Ask even if you don't see your street.

Do I need to be home?

No. You'll get a text before we arrive and photos by email afterwards, so you can see exactly what was done.

My pool is twenty years old. Should I be worried?

No — that's typical here and perfectly manageable. It just means the useful thing we do each week shifts towards noticing change early: a pump sounding different, a surface starting to hold algae, a filter working harder than it should.

What's the white line on my tile?

Calcium from the water you top up with. It concentrates slowly as water evaporates, so it creeps up over months. Keeping it in balance is routine; taking established scale off is not.
