Equipment under warranty usually has to be maintained regularly for that warranty to stand, and a young interior surface stays young by not being allowed to swing out of balance. Most surface problems on a five-year-old pool began as a chemistry problem nobody was watching.
A cage means fewer leaves, not less work
Pollen still gets through, the water sits warmer with less airflow, and the shaded corners under an enclosure are where algae turns up first.
The water is hard
You'll see it as a white line along the tile — calcium left behind as water evaporates and gets replaced from the hose. It builds over months. Balanced weekly it never shows; ignored it hardens onto tile and heater elements and becomes a much larger job.

How soon can new service start?
We can start new service within 2 to 3 days. We service so much of Wesley Chapel that we have pool techs in the communities most days of the week.
Just moved in?
The previous owner's pool service doesn't come with the house, and the pool may not be in the condition it looks. Get the water properly tested rather than assuming it's fine, and find out how old the pump and heater are before a bill tells you. We're happy to look and tell you what you've actually got.
Do you look after pools in my community?
We're in Meadow Pointe, Seven Oaks and Lexington Oaks every week, and we have room in Epperson, Watergrass, Estancia, Country Walk and Wiregrass. Ask even if your community isn't named — we're often closer than you'd think.
Will I know when you're coming?
Yes. A text before we arrive, the same technician on the same day each week, and photos by email afterwards. No need to be home. Many of our technicians have looked after the same pools for years, so it is usually a familiar face.
My pool is nearly new. Does it really need weekly service?
Yes, and for slightly different reasons than an older pool. Equipment warranties generally expect regular documented maintenance, and keeping the water balanced is what stops a new surface ageing early.
Does my screen enclosure mean less work?
Fewer leaves, not less work. Pollen still gets in, the water holds heat, and algae usually appears first in the shaded corners under a cage.
