We look after pools right across New Tampa — Arbor Greene, Tampa Palms, Pebble Creek, Grand Hampton, Hunter's Green, Cross Creek and West Meadows — and our routes reach Carrollwood, Citrus Park, Northdale, Lake Magdalene and Westchase.
You'll get a text before we arrive, the same technician on the same day each week, and photos by email the day we've been. You'll always know your pool was serviced and how it looked.
A lot of our technicians have been looking after the same customers for years. It is the sort of thing you only notice when it is missing.
Tampa water is the thing to stay on top of
If you've noticed a chalky white line creeping along your tile, that isn't neglect. That's Tampa water.
Our water comes mostly from the Hillsborough River and it's hard all year. It's hardest in spring — exactly when the weather warms, the family starts swimming again, and your pool is losing the most water to evaporation. Every top-up from the hose brings more minerals, and the water leaves while the minerals stay.
So it builds. Slowly enough that you don't notice week to week, steadily enough that a pool nobody is testing will show it within a season.
Kept in balance it never becomes visible. Left alone it hardens onto tile and into heater elements, and at that point it stops being a chemistry job and starts being an expensive one. Testing for it weekly is the whole answer, and it's part of every visit.
We wrote more about it in our guide to hard water and your pool.
What that means for you
Nothing, ideally. That's the job — you shouldn't have to think about calcium, and you shouldn't be looking at a white line on your tile either. If something does need attention we'll tell you plainly, in normal language, and arrange any repair through a licensed partner.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) about pool service
How soon can new service start?
We can start new service within 2 to 3 days. Our Tampa routes run through New Tampa most days, so we are usually nearby already.
Which parts of Tampa do you cover?
Most of New Tampa — Arbor Greene, Tampa Palms, Pebble Creek, Grand Hampton, Hunter's Green, Cross Creek and West Meadows — plus Cory Lake Isles, Esplanade, Live Oak Preserve and Hampton on the Green. Our routes also reach Carrollwood, Citrus Park, Northdale, Lake Magdalene and Westchase.
Will I know when you're coming?
Yes — a text before we arrive, the same technician on the same day each week, and photos by email afterwards. You don't need to be home.
Why does my water seem worse some times of year?
Because it is. Tampa's water is hardest in spring, just as pool use and evaporation pick up. That's when tile marks and cloudiness tend to appear, and it's when weekly testing earns its keep.
Do you look after pools without a screen enclosure?
Yes. An open pool takes a bit more work each week and we price it accordingly, but it's very ordinary for us.
