Florida Pool Wizards service messaging
We use text messages to respond to service requests, confirm and change appointments, let you know when a technician is on the way, and answer questions about your account. We do not send marketing texts.
How you opt in
You opt in by calling our published business number, or by submitting the contact form on this site and providing your phone number. We only message numbers that have contacted us first. Agreeing to messages is never a condition of becoming or remaining a customer.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your service and how often you contact us. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages or getting help
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
